Shipping policy

You will receive an email notification when we receive your order, and another when your order has shipped. If a delay occurs with shipping, we will do our best to keep you informed on the progress of your order.

Shipping Rates

FREE flat rate shipping on all shipped print orders. 

International Shipping

 We partner with local fine art printing houses in the following countries in order to serve our worldwide customers faster:

- United States and Canada  

- United Kingdom 🇬🇧 

 In the case of shipping original works of art, we ship by air express and the fee is included in the price of the art. 

Import duties and taxes

Some orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Becklings is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at becklingsart@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not offered for United States customers. Please provide a physical mailing address if your delivery address is in the USA.
